Posted

The Yorktown Central School District celebrated its tenure recipients from across the district at the May 11 Board of Education meeting, where 24 educators and administrators were granted tenure.

Calling it “such a big night,” Superintendent of Schools Ron Hattar praised the honorees for their dedication and growth throughout the rigorous tenure process.

“You should be so proud of yourself for getting that opportunity,” Hattar said. “And then what you did with that opportunity, you should be even prouder.”
