Wilberto Millet, Jr., 19, of Waterbury, CT, formerly of West Haven, CT died suddenly in West Haven on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Wiberto was born in Bridgeport, CT on May 21, 2005, a son of Wilberto Millet, Sr. of Meriden and Jessica Irizarry of Waterbury, and had resided in West Haven for most of his life before moving to Waterbury a year ago. He was a 2024 graduate of West Haven High School, and was an amateur boxer for the past 8 yrs who trained at Ring One of New Haven. In addition to his parents, he is survived by four sisters, Diamond Irizarry of Stratford, Crystal and Ruby Millet of Waterbury and Jaralis Millet of Isabela, PR, one brother, Justin Cartagena of Redding, PA, his paternal grandparents William Millet and Paulina Arroyo of Isabela, his maternal grandmother Rafaela Irizarry of Stratford, and many loving cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Raymond Rivera Irizarry. Wilberto's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, February 26th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, February 27th at 10:00 a.m.
