James Steven Fox, Jr. was born in New York, New York to the proud parents of Jim and Denise Fox on December 16, 1994. He lived most of his life in Mount Kisco, NY growing up with his older sister Jessica.
He attended West Patent Elementary School and Fox Lane Middle and High School, graduating in 2013.
He majored in business at The Pennsylvania State University Altoona and followed his sister to the main campus at State College. He was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity.
James had many hobbies and interests. He was an avid motorcyclist and loved racing at the New Jersey Motorsport Park with his dad. He loved snowboarding and was a member of the Fox Lane Ski Club. His favorite time on the mountain was going through the terrain park doing tricks and jumps before sinking into the hot tub.
He was an avid target shooter and had more rifles than his mom wanted and fewer than his dad wanted.
James was training hard to join the army and scored high enough on the entrance exam to train to become a green beret.
James had a brilliant smile, big heart and wicked sense of humor. He was outgoing and loved talking and joking with relatives, friends and neighbors. Politics was a favorite subject.
James was loved and will be missed by his parents Jim and Denise Fox, his sister Jessica Fox and her fiancé Nolan DiConti, grandmothers Seena Fox and Shirley Krygowski, several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and neighbors.

A celebration of James' life was held Friday, November 8, 2024 at Cassidy-Flynn.
