Democrats Ilan Gilbert and Michael Hickins will challenge Republican incumbents Sergio Esposito and Luciana Haughwout for two seats on the Yorktown Town Board. Gilbert, a former town supervisor and town judge, brings decades of public service to the race, while Hickins, an author, communications executive and youth baseball coach, is a political newcomer.
