A road rage incident near Route 6 and the Taconic State Parkway on Oct. 14 resulted in damage to a vehicle’s side-view mirror, according to Yorktown police.
Police said Hector A. Reyes, 45, of Hopewell Junction, intentionally damaged the mirror during the incident. He turned himself in at Yorktown Police Headquarters on Oct. 15 and was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony.
Reyes was issued an appearance ticket and released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court at 6 p.m. Nov. 5.
