William R. Reynolds, a devoted and loving husband and father, passed away on March 13, 2025, in Boston, Massachusetts. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, wisdom, and dedication to his family, friends and his interests.
He spent his career at New York Telephone, which came to be known as Verizon in contemporary times.
Besides his career, William had varied interests, such as photography, model trains, record keeping and classic rock. He also met with his retirement buddies monthly, and they were adoringly known as The Geezers.
William is survived by his beloved wife, Marian; his children, Catherine W. Passaro (Dan) and William G. Reynolds (Kristy). He also leaves behind his siblings Pamela De Buono (Joseph), Bruce Reynolds (Tracy) and many nieces and nephews. His love, generosity and kindness will continue to dwell in their hearts.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Hospitality Homes of Boston, Massachusetts; Hospitality Homes – Bringing home and heart to health care in Boston. Your gift will help others who require temporary accommodation while they receive medical treatment, or family members of those receiving treatment, among others.
He will be deeply missed but will live on in the hearts and minds of all those who knew him.
