SOMERS, N.Y. - On Friday, May 15, the gym at Somers High School was electric with excitement when the Harlem Wizards came to town.

Presented by the Somers Education Foundation, the game saw the legendary basketball squad take the court against the Wiz-Busters, a determined team of administrators and staff including Superintendent Dr. Adam Bronstein.

The event raised more than $15,000 for the Somers Education Foundation and will go directly to grants and scholarships benefiting Somers students. Since its founding in 1994, the organization has raised and awarded more than $2 million across more than 500 grants and scholarships.
