Kiwi Country Day Camp (KCDC), located between Westchester and Putnam counties, is a beloved local camp offering a wide range of engaging activities for children aged 3 to 15.
Operating from late June to mid-August, KCDC runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with bus transportation available from 14 locations across Northern Westchester and Fairfield Counties. The full-day program includes hot lunches, snacks, supervised activities, instructional swimming, and special events. For added convenience, early drop-off starts at 7:30 a.m., and late pick-up runs until 6 p.m. Campers can choose between flexible options, ranging from three to seven weeks.
Additionally, KCDC offers a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program for campers entering 9th or 10th grade. This program provides older campers with a chance to develop leadership skills in both the camp environment and their communities.
“We want kids to be the best versions of themselves,” said camp director, Will Yahr. “With 72 years of experience, KCDC helps teach them many new things, but most importantly are the friendships created.”
KCDC welcomes families to explore its facilities through private tours and open houses to learn more about the camp's offerings. Call to schedule your tours.
