SPOTLIGHT ON AUTUMN

Stuart's Fruit Farm—where memories grow

Posted

Crisp air, fiery foliage, and the scent of warm apple cider donuts—that’s fall at Stuart’s Fruit Farm in Granite Springs. A gentle, no-fuss escape from the everyday, this family-run farm, established in 1828, invites you to slow down and savor autumn’s simple delights.

As you wander among the apple trees, bag in hand, you’ll discover row after row of just-ripe apples ready for picking—no orchard fee required. On weekends, hayrides meander through the orchard, giving you a full view of the season’s vibrant reds and golds.

Over at the market stand, you’ll find whatever’s fresh from the fields—tomatoes, corn, peaches (while in season), and apples—as well as honey, maple syrup, jams, and more.

Step into the on-site bakery and you’re greeted by the irresistible aroma of hot apple cider donuts, flaky strudels, and homestyle pies baked fresh daily. Grab a slice (or three) and head out to the picnic area, letting the colors of fall be your backdrop.

Stuart’s isn’t about fancy frills—just good food, warm smiles, and nature’s simple beauty. Stop by any crisp autumn day for apple picking (farm bags only, please), and visit the farm stand for bakery treats that feel like home. And the best part? Your pups are welcome too—just keep them on a leash!

Experience fall the way it was meant to be—at Stuart’s Farm, where tradition, flavor, and rustic charm meet.
