Whether it an intimate date night, gathering of a friends group, or business event, Hudson Valley Steakhouse is the kind of place that combines warmth and elegance. Located at 3360 Old Crompond Road in Yorktown Heights, the restaurant combines a polished setting with the warmth of a neighborhood favorite.
Executive Chef and Owner Tomassino Prengjoni hand-selects and stamps the restaurant’s USDA Prime cuts, while fresh seafood and seasonal dishes round out the menu. Standouts include a 40-ounce, 31-day dry-aged tomahawk steak for two; rack of lamb with aged port wine sauce; and 3- to 5-pound Maine lobsters cracked tableside.
Prengjoni said he works closely with his chef to keep the menu vibrant.
“Double cut veal chop with a balsamic reduction and cherry peppers are new,” Prengjoni said. “In fall we have venison tenderloin with sage and garlic.”
The 4,000-square-foot dining room and bar offer plenty of room to settle in, whether for dinner for two, a family gathering or a private event for up to 200 guests. Seasonal outdoor seating adds another option when the weather cooperates.
The handcrafted black walnut bar and lounge has its own easygoing appeal, with “happy hour every hour,” seasonal cocktails, a special bar menu and the full dinner menu available.
