Mount Kisco mom Nikki Cannon has always had an eye for beauty and a passion for baking. What started as her love of brown-butter cookies and elegant details has grown into Butter + Bow, a modern gifting studio that brings joy to doorsteps nationwide and pops up every weekend at Westchester’s farmers markets.

Butter + Bow is all about elevated cookie boxes and luxe handcrafted gifts. Every item is thoughtfully designed with quality ingredients, globally inspired flavors, and impeccable presentation. From sweet treats to pantry goods and self-care items, Nikki has built a brand that makes gifting feel special and intentional.

Raised in a Chinese family that cherished hosting, cooking, and baking, she grew up inspired by the way food could tell stories and bring people together. She later pursued psychology in college and earned a graduate degree in Positive Psychology, discovering the science of happiness along the way. That passion guided her corporate career in leadership development, employee engagement, and inclusion at Fortune 500 companies. Still, her small business dreams never faded. In her free time, she designed dessert tables and baked thousands of cookies for birthdays, weddings, and special celebrations.

In 2020, Nikki and her husband moved to Mount Kisco with their toddler son, Charlie. They renovated a fixer-upper, embraced the woods, and found a community that encouraged her to finally take the leap. By December 2024, Butter + Bow officially launched, debuting her signature salted brown butter chocolate chip cookies alongside gourmet confections and handcrafted gifts.

Today, Butter + Bow serves families across Westchester and beyond, shipping nationwide and supporting corporate clients who want to send gifts that reflect their values.
