Donna Lee Antini, a longtime resident of Yorktown Heights, New York, passed away on April 16, 2026, at the age of 73.
Donna was born in 1952, at Mount Kisco Hospital to Creighton and Beatrice Anderson. She spent much of her early life growing up in Pleasantville, New York, where she formed lifelong friendships and cherished memories.
She later married Eugene Antini in Mamaroneck, New York in 1997. Together, they settled in Yorktown Heights, where they built a life filled with love and dedication. Side by side, they purchased a home and lovingly transformed it into a place of warmth and comfort, reflecting their shared vision of the perfect home.
Donna will be remembered as an incredibly selfless and compassionate person who put others before herself in every aspect of her life. She had a rare gift for kindness and treated every person she met with warmth, respect, and genuine care. Her presence brought comfort to those around her, and her generosity of spirit left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially the warmth of the summer months, which she truly loved. Donna also had a deep affection for animals, and her beloved dog, Otis, held a special place in her heart.
Above all, Donna treasured her family. She loved being a mother, took immense pride in being a grandmother, and found her greatest happiness in becoming a great-grandmother. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured endless love, guidance, and devotion into each generation.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Dawn Marie Waddell; her cherished granddaughter, Noelle Waddell; and her great-grandson, Mateo Gene Winslow. Donna is also survived by extended family, including cousins, as well as many dear friends who will miss her deeply.
We take comfort in hoping that Donna is reunited with her beloved mother, father, brother and husband, doing all the things in life that she loved most, surrounded by peace and happiness.
Donna’s legacy of kindness, selflessness, and unconditional love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
