Yorktown schedules hearing on affordable housing set-aside proposal

The Yorktown Town Board will hold a public hearing 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, at Town Hall, 363 Underhill Ave. to consider a proposed local law amending Chapter 102 of the town code, “Affordable Housing Set-Aside,” which would establish a new affordable housing program.

A copy of the proposal is available in the Town Clerk’s office at Town Hall and on the town’s website at yorktownny.gov under Pending Legislation.
