As part of its ongoing capacity-building series for nonprofits, the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley (CFHV) will host a free webinar designed to help nonprofit leaders understand and prepare for the most pressing legal and regulatory issues affecting organizations today.
Led by Maurice Segall, Esq., New York and Fairfield County Program Director at Pro Bono Partnership, the session will cover key issues including governance, employment law, fundraising, contracts and privacy, while offering practical steps nonprofits can take to strengthen policies, reduce liability and prepare for emerging legal and regulatory changes.
Through this series, Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley provides Hudson Valley nonprofits with practical training, expert resources and connections to help organizations become stronger, more sustainable and effective.
