YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y.—The annual Support-A-Walk for Breast and Ovarian Cancer took place in Yorktown Heights and communities nationwide over the weekend. The event raised awareness of the needs of people affected by breast, ovarian, and other gynecological cancers while generating funds for free support programs offered throughout the year.
Founded to promote compassion and connection, the walk drew thousands of participants who came together to celebrate survivors, honor loved ones, and support those currently in treatment.
