The Save A Life Wellness Fair provides resources that support substance use prevention, treatment and recovery; mental health and opportunities for thoughtful service.
More than 250 runners, walkers, volunteers, and community partners gathered Sept. 27 at FDR Park for the 11th annual Run for Recovery, raising awareness about mental health and substance use disorders while celebrating hope and resilience.
The event, organized by the Alliance for Safe Kids, Drug Crisis in Our Backyard, Search for Change, and Run 4 Recovery, featured the Save A Life Wellness Fair, which highlighted resources for prevention, treatment, recovery, and mental health support.
