The Yorktown Feast of San Gennaro returned to Commerce Street and Railroad Park for its 10th anniversary, bringing the community together for food, live music, rides, games and Italian tradition.
The annual celebration honors Saint Januarius, the principal patron saint of Naples, also known as San Gennaro. The festivities kicked off with a procession featuring a statue of the saint, continuing a tradition that has become a hallmark of the Yorktown festival.
Throughout the celebration, attendees enjoyed Italian favorites including sausage and peppers, cannolis, zeppoles and wood-fired pizza, along with live entertainment, vendors and activities. The five-night festival was cut short Sunday due to rain.
