Nancy Anne Minichetti, 83, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026, in Cortlandt Manor, New York. Born on January 12, 1943, in Yonkers, New York, Nancy was the beloved daughter of Susan DePaola (née Tirone) and John Minichetti. She spent her early years in Yonkers, where she was raised and attended Roosevelt High School.
Nancy began her professional journey at Children’s Village, dedicating many years to her work there before embarking on a long and successful career at IBM. Her tenure at IBM spanned over three decades, where she made significant contributions and formed lasting connections with colleagues.
After spending much of her life in Yonkers, Nancy moved to Mount Kisco with her mother. The two shared a home there for more than 30 years, creating cherished memories together. Nancy was deeply loved by her family and friends and will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
She is survived by her sister-in-law Diane Minichetti, brother John (Gerri) Minichetti ; nephews Danny (Sandra) Minichetti and David Minichetti; niece Lauren (Gerard) Minichetti-Zoehfeld; and cousins Richard (Theresa) Tirone, Anthony (Joann) Tirone, Janet Moy née Tirone (Dr. Larry Moy), John (Joanne) Minichetti, Connie Minichetti, and Anthony (Sandra) Minichetti. Nancy was predeceased by her parents, Susan DePaola (née Tirone) and John Minichetti; her brother Nicholas Minichetti; and her niece Marissa Minichetti.
Nancy’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in peace.
