The Mohegan Colony Association celebrated the completion of construction of a fishing dock at its Lake Mohegan beach on Aug. 22 with a gathering and ribbon cutting. The ribbon was cut by Mohegan Colony President John Heffernan, while board member Ken Belfer, who oversaw the dock project, assisted.
