Joanne Connors Marion, 77, of Yorktown Heights, NY, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026. Born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx, she was predeceased by her parents, Edna and Joseph Connors, and her siblings, Cathleen and John.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Marion; her son, Mark Marion; her daughter, Kristin (William) Dwyer; her grandchildren, Allison and Courtney Marion, and Jack, Joseph, and Samuel Dwyer; and her brother, James Connors.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Joanne took great pride in her career, beginning as a teacher before entering the world of finance, and later founding Marion Financial Advisors, where she supported others through thoughtful financial guidance and lasting relationships.
