Farm stand season kicks off May 7 at Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center.
The 2026 season opens Thursday with the farm stand and annual vegetable plant sale, featuring a wide selection of vegetable starts available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis. Shoppers can choose from tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, squash, leafy greens and more, with a full list of varieties available at the stand.
The farm stand accepts SNAP, FMNP, cash, credit cards and Apple Pay. Customers using SNAP, WIC, FreshConnect or FMNP benefits receive a 50 percent discount on produce and 30 percent off sourced goods, according a Westchester County news release.
Registration is open for Hilltop Hanover’s 2026 farm membership program, a reimagined CSA. Visitors may also sign up in person during farm stand hours. Enrollment will continue until seasonal capacity is reached.
The farm stand will be open Thursdays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Thanksgiving.
