Frances A. Locascio Barco of Cortlandt Manor passed away peacefully on Sept. 2, 2026.
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances A. Locascio Barco at the age of 89 years old. She was predeceased by her parents, Emilio and Anna Locascio; her husband Vincent Barco and her son Robert A. LoCurto. Frances is survived by her children, Joseph A. LoCurto, III, Michael A. LoCurto; her grandchildren, Dominique Dawn and Joseph Emilio, and her great grandchildren Joseph Scott and Wesley John.
Frances lived a beautiful life. She loved to travel and went on many cruises. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all, especially her loving family.
