Christine Douglas Donaghy, 55, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Christine was born on October 11, 1970 to John Donaghy and Janet Douglas Donaghy in Yonkers, New York. Christine attended St. Paul the Apostle grammar school in Yonkers, Maria Regina High School and graduated from Manhattan University in 1993.
Christine went on to pursue a career in law enforcement with the Yonkers Police Department. Her distinguished career of twenty four years included dedicated commitment and service as a Detective in the Special Victims Unit.
Christine was a devoted mother to her children. Her kindness, love and support will forever be missed by her family and friends. Loving mother of Caitlin and lan Wisker, cherished daughter of John (Denise) Donaghy, and Janet Douglas Donaghy, dear sister of John Jr (Renata) Donaghy, Tara (Peter Liverzani) Donaghy, Douglas (Maryrose) Donaghy and many nieces and nephews.
