Yorktown Stage Premier, featuring an elite cast of high school students, will present the Tony Award-winning musical "Cabaret." Set in Berlin as the 1920s come to a close, the production follows American writer Cliff Bradshaw, English singer Sally Bowles and others as Germany begins to fall under the influence of the emerging Third Reich. The musical features songs including "Willkommen," "Cabaret," "Don't Tell Mama" and "Two Ladies."
Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. Oct. 2 and 1 p.m. Oct. 3. The production is rated PG-13 for mature themes and may not be suitable for younger audiences.
