The Yorktown Lions Club's 31st annual Summer Concert Series is in full swing, bringing live music and summer vibes to town. The 52nd Street Band took the stage Sunday, performing Billy Joel favorites as concertgoers gathered for an evening of music outdoors.

The free concert series continues with Radio Flashback on July 26, The Taylor Swift Experience on Aug. 9, Jessica Lynn on Aug. 16 and Tramps Like Us on Aug. 23 for the Veterans Appreciation Show, which begins at 5 p.m. All other concerts begin at 6 p.m., with attendees encouraged to arrive early to enjoy local vendors and claim a spot on the lawn.
