William S. Dragula, affectionately known as Scottie, was born on March 14, 1954, in New York City.
He spent the majority of his life with Community Living Corp. William loved life; he enjoyed traveling to various countries around the world. Two of his favorite places that he visited were Italy and Ireland. He enjoyed going to parties, BBQ's and other community festivities.
One of his favorite hobbies was playing cards with his roommates. Scottie will be remembered by his CLC family, especially his family at Kitchawan group home.
