SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. - On Saturday, Oct. 4, the Vista Volunteer Fire Department hosted their annual Pizza Night & Open House event.
Members of the community and neighboring emergency agencies joined in to enjoy delicious homemade pizza, tour the department’s fire apparatus, and learn valuable fire-prevention tips. The event also showcased the many ways the community can get involved—whether as a Firefighter, Emergency Medical Technician, or Apparatus Driver.
The VFD would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who came out to support them!
The department also offers a special thank you to the New York Giants, New York Jets, New York Knicks, New York Islanders, The Fisher Family, The Juliana Family, Ridgefield Bicycle Company, The Ruggiero Family and Copia Home & Garden for their generous contributions to the Silent Auction benefiting the VFD.
