Thomas Francis DeGrazia passed away on April 21, 2026, in Sleepy Hollow, New York, at the age of 73.

Born on July 17, 1952, in Queens, New York, he lived a life marked by devotion to his family, his faith, his profession, and the many people whose lives he touched over the years.

Tom lived for his beloved wife Cecilia, his sons, Thomas and Michael, and his grandchildren, Noah and Olivia. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, whose greatest pride was his family. He served as a an educator in the Bronx for more than 40 years, where he became known as a committed leader, a respected colleague, and a steady influence on generations of students, teachers, and families. His work was more than a profession to him. It was a calling that reflected his belief in the importance of guidance, discipline, compassion, and opportunity for young people.
