Robert Bruce Cruickshank of Yorktown Heights, NY passed away after a long, courageous battle with Parkinson’s. He was born in Washington, D.C. to the late John Herbert Cruickshank and Marjorie York Cruickshank.
He was a lineman at Verizon for 34 years. He volunteered and gave of himself endlessly and was a faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church for decades.
He was the beloved husband of Carol Christenson Cruickshank, devoted father to Valerie Laudato (Marcello), Donna Zumpano (Thomas). He was also a loving stepfather to Robert, Andrew & Victoria (Perri) Mercatante. Grandfather to Marcello Roberto, Cynthia, Renee, Andrew, John, Matthew, Peter & Sarah. Great grandfather of Caleb & Avery.
