I want to thank County Executive Byrne, the Legislature, and the PCSEA for their commitment to achieving this positive outcome.”

"It provides our members with the resources and support they need to perform their critical duties while maintaining fiscal responsibility for our community. I want to thank County Executive Byrne, Sheriff McConville, and the County Legislature for recognizing the hard work and dedication of the PCSEA members who serve Putnam County every day.”
