Patrick William O'Keefe, age 29, of Brewster, New York, unexpectedly passed away on August 2, 2026, in Palm Springs, California.
Born in Carmel, New York on January 15, 1997, Patrick grew up in Brewster and Mahopac, New York surrounded by family and friends who loved him.
Patrick loved skateboarding, snowboarding, jet skiing, fishing, four wheeling, and fast cars and spent his last years traveling and enjoying all that life had to offer. Patrick married Autumn Finlay in 2026; they shared a very strong bond, built on love and friendship. He held great pride in his Irish heritage, and was devoted to his friends and family. He was also great with kids and found great joy in his deep love for animals and their companionship.
Patrick is survived by his wife; Autumn Finlay, her two children; Jayden and Kiah, his mother; Colleen Wilson O’Keefe, his father; Patrick Edmund O’Keefe, his sisters; Jaclyn Kelly O’Keefe and Maggie Joyce O’Keefe, his grandmother; Natalie Ancillotti, his godparents; Debra and Kevin Weingartner, and his cousins; Kevin Jr. and Sean Weingartner. Patrick was preceded in death by his great-grandmother; Rose Ancillotti, his grandfather; Bill Wilson, and his aunt; Lynette Wilson Juul.
Patrick's warmth and compassion left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His generous heart, love for others, and unforgettable spirit will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives he touched.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 16th from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Tilly Foster Farm located at 100 NY-312, Brewster, NY 10509
