Marshall L. Goldstein passed away peacefully at his home in Brewster, NY on April 9 th at the age of 82 years old. He is survived by his son Jim Goldstein (Andrea) and daughter Lori De Natale (Rich); his grandchildren Emily, Allie, Richard, Michaella, and Ava; brother Tom; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Marshall was born in Buffalo, NY on April 16 th ,1943 and completed undergraduate studies at Cornell University. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law and practiced initially as a prosecutor in Buffalo and then New York City.He practiced privately in White Plains for 50 years. In addition to being a lifelong foodie, he was a devoted fan of Michigan football and basketball and was over the moon to see his Wolverines win the 2026 NCAA National Championship this past Monday. Funeral services will be held at Yorktown Funeral Home in Shrub Oak, NY on Sunday April 12 th at 10 AM followed by a graveside service at Sharon Gardens in Valhalla, NY. All friends and family are welcome. In lieu of flowers or gifts, Marshall’s family asks that donations to a charity of your choice be made in his name.
