Shrub Oak’s Biddle receives national energy industry award

Shrub Oak resident Lynne Biddle was recognized with a national industry award by the Organization of Energy Service Professionals (OESP) during the organization's annual awards presentation at the Eastern Energy Expo on June 18 in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Biddle, of Burke Energy in Shrub Oak, received the Ralph Adams Memorial Service Manager of the Year Award, one of several honors presented to energy industry professionals from across the Northeast.

“OESP is fortunate to be supported by an exceptional network of volunteers who devote their time and expertise to strengthening the association and the energy service industry,” said Matt Spink of Platinum Energy Group, East Meadow, N.Y., chair of the OESP Awards Committee and a 2026 award recipient. “My fellow award recipients embody excellence in our field, and we are honored to celebrate their achievements and dedication.”

“It is a privilege to be part of an organization filled with such talented and committed professionals,” added Bob O’Brien, president of OESP. “This year’s award winners reflect the dedication, integrity and spirit that define OESP and advance our profession. We are delighted to celebrate their achievements.”
