KORAL Wellness will celebrate its first anniversary with a wellness event benefiting Project Purple on Sunday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 339 Route 202 in Somers. The event will bring together local businesses and community members to raise awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research and patient support.
For owner Jessica Koralus, the cause is deeply personal. She served as her father’s primary caregiver for nearly three years before he died of pancreatic cancer. That experience inspired her to create KORAL Wellness, a recovery and longevity center, and the anniversary celebration offers an opportunity to honor his memory while helping other patients and families.
Under the theme “Purple Looks Good on You,” the event will feature tattoos, facials, ear seeds, massages and piercings, along with local vendors offering wellness and beauty services. Raffles and giveaways will take place throughout the day.
