KATONAH, N.Y. - The Katonah Village Improvement Society (KVIS) invites wine lovers and community supporters to its "Think Local, Drink Global" Wine Tasting Event on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 7 to 10 p.m. at Katonah Village Library.
This special evening will feature a curated selection of locally sourced wines paired with global flavors, celebrating sustainability, culture, and community.
Like your neighbors, the wine options promise to be anything but dull, hailing from familiar outposts like France and Italy, but also from lesser-known regions, such as Portugal, Greece, even Patagonia. Dry and sweet, elegant and bold — it’s a line-up built to tickle your palate while reinforcing the importance of a sense of place, both in wine and in our community.
The event also serves as a fundraiser for KVIS initiatives, supporting local projects that enhance the Katonah community.
