Mount Kisco’s 36th annual parade on March 8 brought color and smiles to downtown. Celebrating Ireland’s patron saint while honoring the 250th anniversary of the United States, the parade was led by Grand Marshal Major General Fergal Foley (N.Y. Guard, retired). Honorees included Hibernian of the Year Margot Friedlander (Ladies AOH) and Friend of the Hibernians Cassidy Flynn Funeral Home. The parade featured AOH and LAOH divisions, pipe and drum bands, veterans groups, scouts, local officials and community organizations, along with a special Revolutionary War reenactment at the reviewing stand.
