Karol DeLuce has decades of experience during which she honed every skill needed to excel as the next tax receiver of North Salem.

A former employer who has known Karol for 25 years describes her as “one of the smartest, hardest working and passionate people he has ever known,” and says, “she is a tremendous asset to all of her employers and customers alike.”

Karol’s background is in accounting, finance and supply chain issues. She has managed complicated inventory systems and manufacturing facilities and staff. As the comptroller of a local manufacturer for many years, Karol’s accomplishments include procuring millions of dollars for the company and accounting for and tracking all disbursements for purchases.

Karol’s experience resolving complex operational issues is unparallelled. Her former employer states that “Karol shines in all situations. She is a quick study when it comes to figuring out viable solutions to complex problems.”

Karol is focused, humble and confident in herself and her work. She understands people and speaks to them in a direct manner with lots of heart and empathy.

Karol Deluce stands out as the person that should be the next tax receiver of North Salem. She has the skills, years of experience, temperament, perseverance, and technical ability to find solutions to the complex matters that North Salem faces. Accordingly, Karol is the obvious choice to seamlessly replace Karen Roach as the next outstanding Tax Receiver of North Salem.
