The Field Hall Foundation, currently located on Catherine Street, will soon relocate.
Constructed between 1887 and 1924, the Field Home originally sheltered elderly and infirm women, but it now houses the Field Hall Foundation, which works to improve the lives of older adults and their caregivers. The foundation provides grants to programs in Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester counties, prioritizing projects that address basic needs such as food security, housing, transportation, and access to care.
But come April 15, the offices will move to 118 N. Bedford Road in Mount Kisco. The foundation said Thursday it will be closed from April 15 through April 17 for the move and will reopen on Monday, April 20. Telephone numbers and staff email addresses will stay the same to ensure uninterrupted communication with grantees, partners, and community members.
“We look forward to continuing Field Hall Foundation’s work from our new home in Mount Kisco,” said John R. Ahearn, CEO of Field Hall Foundation. “This move reflects our ongoing commitment to the organizations and communities we serve.”
The Planning Board approved Toll Brothers’ 118-unit, age-restricted project on Catherine Street in November 2025. The community, aimed at residents 55 and older, will include townhomes, a clubhouse, a pool, new roads, and a stormwater management system on about 48 acres.
