David W. Forschner of New Milford, CT passed away unexpectedly on July 30, 2026 at the age of 38.
David was born on March 7, 1988, in Danbury, CT. Son of the late Arthur and Cynthia (Ortiz) Forschner. He graduated from Brewster High School in 2006 then continued his education at the Universal Technical Institute in Norwood, MA.
David and his brother owned D & D Landscaping in Brewster, NY. servicing Brewster and other surrounding areas. David enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He spent time watching golf, football and Nascar. He had a big heart and always made time for his family, especially his children. Davids friends and family will remember him for being the life of the party.
David is survived by his children Payton and Troy Forschner, his partner Alissa Hewitt of New Milford, CT., mother Cynthia (Ortiz) Forschner of Hopewell Junction, NY., brother Dale Forschner of New Milford, CT. and sister Lisa Forschner of Brewster, NY. He was predeceased by his father Arthur Forschner who passed in 2023.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Beecher Funeral Home of 1 Putnam Avenue Brewster, NY. Visitation will be held on Saturday August 22, from 2 to 4 p.m.
