The Balbona family, with deep sorrow, announces to the community that on February 13, 2026, Ardiana Balbona (Selmani), age 55, passed away. She was the wife of Lush Balbona, the mother of Valentina and Josephina, the daughter of Nua and Luxhe Selmani, and the sister of Leonard and Aleksander Selmani.
The deceased will rest at Yorktown Funeral Home, 945 East Main St, Shrub Oak, NY, on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 2-9 p.m.
The Mass of Light will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at “Our Lady of Shkodra” Church, after which she will be escorted to “Gate of Heaven” Cemetery, 10 West Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY.
