Dear Editor,
At the Community Center of Northern Westchester, gratitude is at the center of everything we do. As we reflect on the past year, our hearts are full.
We extend our deepest thanks to the entire Northern Westchester community for your continued generosity and compassion. Because of you, more than 3,400 local families facing hunger were able to put nutritious food on their tables; seniors received personalized support, including home-delivered groceries and essential supplies; and families received warm clothing, free health screenings and flu shots, counseling and referrals to trusted community resources. Every neighbor was met with dignity and compassion, and support was thoughtfully tailored to individual needs during challenging times.
Your help went beyond meeting immediate needs — it created hope. Classes, skill-building programs, job counseling and educational scholarships opened pathways to greater stability and independence.
Even in uncertain times, your commitment to our neighbors never wavered. Through our temporary relocation and a government shutdown, this community stood with us—showed up, volunteered, and gave generously to ensure help reached those who needed it most.
We are profoundly grateful to serve a community defined by compassion, resilience and care for one another. Thank you for standing with CCNW and for lifting families when it matters most.
-The CCNW Staff and Board of Directors
