Somers car show raises $6,400 for veterans

SOMERS, N.Y. - For the ninth year, the community gathered to show off custom and classic vehicles for a truly worthy cause.

On Sunday, June 1, the annual charity car show in memory of Louis DeMarco was held at Somers Intermediate School.

Hosted by the DeMarco family, the event has been garnering more support each year, with the latest iteration featuring more than 200 cars and raising $6,400 to be donated to our veterans.

The show was sponsored by Boundless Nutrition LLC, Carrier Materials LLC, and White Plains Collision, and included music, food, raffles, and trophies awarded to participants.
