Race Amity: America's Other Tradition at the Somers Library

Race Amity: America's Other Tradition at the Somers Library
Sunday, January 19, 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Race Amity of Northern Westchester & Putnam presents a short film on “The Other Tradition” and discuss the close collaboration, amity, and love which has served as the moral and spiritual counterweight to the dominant tradition of racism that occupies so much of our national history. The other tradition offers a new entry point for the public discourse on race. No registration needed; all are welcome. Refreshments will be served.

Our programs are funded by The Friends of the Library - thanks for your support!
