NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - The community gathered at North Salem Middle/High School on June 20 to celebrate America's 250th anniversary with an evening of history, music, and family-friendly activities.

The event featured a variety of patriotic-themed attractions hosted by local organizations. Attendees met Revolutionary War patriots with the North Salem Historical Society, played 18th-century games with the Ruth Keeler Memorial Library, participated in historical and patriotic activities, and enjoyed crafts, face painting, athletic challenges, and mini golf.
