NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - Last week, the North Salem Republican Town Committee proudly announced that Tyler Spar is the recipient of the group’s annual college scholarship.
Offered to graduating high school seniors, the application asked students to provide an essay regarding President Donald Trump’s America First policies.
Spar, a member of North Salem High School’s Class of 2025, was chosen as the winner and awarded the $545.47 scholarship prize.
