NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - Homecoming weekend is always a time for celebration in North Salem, and the Tigers were ready to get the party started.

The homecoming festivities kicked off on Friday, Sept. 19 with the annual pep rally in the high school gym, followed by the return of inductions into the North Salem Hall of Fame.

Honored that day and earning their place among Tiger greats were Theresa O’Sullivan-Randall (Field Hockey, Class of 1993), presented by Coach Emily Watson, and Shayna Levy (Soccer, Class of 2015), presented by Coach Bob Martin.

In addition, the North Salem Booster Club also presented special recognitions to Platinum Members Sports Tech Construction and Acrylics and the Aqeel family, and members of the 1995 Girls Varsity Volleyball team, the first female squad from North Salem to capture a state title.

The Booster Club also honored Richard Mull (Class of 1960) with a philanthropy award in recognition of his establishment of scholarship funds for North Salem students.

The recognitions were presented by Booster Club Co-Presidents Theresa O’Sullivan Randall and Sheila Denneen.

Following the ceremony, it was time for the current crop of Tigers to get down to business.
