Former Frank’s Pizza owner endorses Bowen

As the former owner of Frank’s Pizza — a business that proudly served this community for many years — and now as the owner of several properties here in North Salem, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have honest, dependable, and community-minded leadership in our town offices.

That’s why I’m supporting Randi Bowen for Tax Receiver of North Salem. Randi has deep roots in this community and a strong record of service. She’s someone who understands the needs of both residents and business owners. Her decades of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management, combined with her role as Treasurer of Croton Falls Community Church, make her the ideal person to handle the responsibility of receiving and managing our town’s tax funds with accuracy and integrity.

I’ve always believed that public service should be about trust, transparency, and fairness — qualities Randi embodies completely. She listens, she cares, and she takes the time to ensure people are treated with respect. I have full confidence she will bring that same level of care and professionalism to the Tax Receiver’s Office.
