The Old Salem Farm Spring Horse Shows, one of the premier stops on the nation’s hunter-jumper horse show circuit, is ready to welcome the season with another two weeks of world-class equestrian competition. The Old Salem Farm Spring Horse Shows offer a full schedule of USEF and FEI events featuring many of the nation’s best horses and riders, May 5-10 and May 12-17.
“As we prepare for another fantastic year at Old Salem, we look forward to welcoming everyone who makes these shows possible,” said Scott Hakim, owner and president of Old Salem Farm. “Thanks to our amazing riders and great sponsors, we can offer a full schedule of classes with top prize money, including our brand new $100,000 Governor’s Perpetual Hunt Seat Cup equitation class presented by The Kincade Group/UBS Financial Services. This is the first time we’ve ever offered a $100,000 equitation class at Old Salem Farm, and we are very excited to do this for our sport’s future Grand Prix stars. With this and the return of our FEI shows in August and September, this promises to be Old Salem Farm’s best year yet!”
The 2026 Spring Horse Shows features two highlight Grand Prix events: the $125,000 Old Salem Farm Grand Prix presented by JP Morgan Private Bank on Sunday, May 10, and the $225,000 Empire State Grand Prix presented by Old Salem Farm on Sunday, May 17. Other exciting events include the $63,000 New York Welcome Stake presented by Evergate Stables, $65,000 Welcome Stake of North Salem presented by JP Morgan Private Bank (May 15), $25,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby (May 16), and $100,000 Governor’s Perpetual Hunt Seat Cup presented by The Kincade Group/UBS Financial Services (May 16).
