Tina was born November 22, 1948, in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Gregory and Marie (Amend) Tomaselli.
The family moved to the Putnam Lake section of Patterson in 1959 and became members of Sacred Heart Church. Tina attended Brewster Schools and worked as an assembler at PARC Industries in Carmel. She loved being with people and being social, and she loved everything about ARC. Her family thanks the dedicated staff of ARC for all the years of tender loving care they have given to Tina.
Tina is survived by her sister Rosemary Bay of Hyde Park, NY, brothers Alfred Tomaselli of Sebring, FL and James Tomaselli of Patterson, NY and several nieces and nephews.
Tina, a beloved longtime resident at Palmer House 1, passed away at home in the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 13,2025 at the age of 76. She also resided at ARC Brimstone house in Patterson, NY for 20 years where she thrived and made many lifelong friends. Tina’s irresistible enthusiasm and unforgettable laugh brought a great deal of cheerful exuberance to Palmer, and she was loved by all that knew her. Tina played the piano and was an aficionado of Michael Jackson, Cher, and many other pop culture icons. She loved being surrounded by her housemates and developed great friendships with her fellow Palmer residents throughout her time there. Tina could be sassy, but also extremely caring towards her fellow companions, and the house will never be the same without her vivacious spirit. Tina’s irresistible sense of humor, benevolent smile, and unique persona will truly be missed by her family, staff, and friends.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday May 19, 2025, at Sacred Heart Church in Patterson followed by the interment in St. Lawrence O’Toole Cemetery in Brewster. Calling hours will take place on Sunday May 18, 2025, at Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Ave., Brewster, NY from 1 to 5 p.m.
