Raymond Perugini passed away on September 9, 2026 at the age of 85.
Born in North Tarrytown, NY, he was a graduate of Sleepy Hollow High School and earned his AS in Horticulture from SUNY Alfred Tech. He worked for Rosedale Nurseries, Inc. in Hawthorne, Millbrook and Bedford, NY for over 40 years.
Ray and Sylvia, his loving wife of 66 years, have resided in Brewster for 52 years,
He is survived by his wife Sylvia (nee Bush), his daughters, Debra Bloomgarden (Neil) and Wanda Perugini, and his granddaughter, Abigail Bloomgarden.
He was predeceased by his parents Wanda G. (nee Parzyk) and Daniel W Perugini Sr. and his brother Daniel W Perugini, Jr.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Beecher Funeral Home in Brewster, NY. Calling hours were held on Monday, September 14. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, September 15 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Katonah, NY.
